TNA President Dixie Carter's interview with the Congressional Committee on Oversight and Government Reform has been released as part of Rep. Henry Waxman's report. During the interview, which was conducted on Dec. 6, 2007, she mentioned tension that exists between Jeff Jarrett and Terry Taylor.
"Terry is not his favorite person," Carter said regarding Jarrett. "He thinks he is - you know, he is not a good agent on the show, he is laying out matches and things like that. So Terry is, in essence, scared of Jeff..."

Jarrett wields plenty of power in TNA, but it's not healthy for the head of talent relations should not be afraid of the head of creative. Of course, this interview was conducted over a year ago, so the dynamic between Jarrett and Taylor may have changed since then. The Dixie interview is a fascinating read, as it reveals a lot about her personality and knowledge of the business.
