I think it will be Finley that will reign as the next champion. I'm not saying he'll be the next champion, but I think that he will have the next reign. Mark Henry look poised to once again wear the belt. I can see a fatal three way brewing between Finley, Henry and Matt. But Henry will be champion at that time. Which means that Henry will capture the belt real soon.

I can't see Finlay getting the ECW Title. Think about it, what would he or WWE gain from it? Finlay is a older guy who can wrestle well and carry green wrestlers through matches. He isn't charismatic, or marketable or even that over. He's past the point of winning belts, I like him a lot but he's not a good choice to lead a brand is he? I can picture Mark Henry winning the ECW Title back from Matt soon though.

The thing is that Finley is in ECW to prove that he's worth keeping around. If he doesn't then he'll get dropped. I mean you gave valid reasons but they have to try with him. He always gives a great performance and someone has to take over when Mark and Matt leave next draft. He could end up a transitional champ until someone comes along and take the title from him. Meanwhile he could be evaluated as champion instead of mid card on todays Heat. That's not a good look career wise. If not then we will see Finley on Front line in the not to distant future. Which will be good for TNA I would love to see him there.

Nah, Finlay ain't leaving WWE. He'll be a road agent once he retires from in-ring action. He's been helping put matches together for younger guys apparantly.

And perhaps a month long transitional reign so Matt Hardy or Mark Henry can switch brands but no more than that I expect.

Some these guys are to young to be getting a shot like that, and Finlay isnt even in his prime like he was in WCW. I gotta go with Evan Bourne or Swagger they have really proven over the past months they are worthy and can put on some A+ matches.

Yeah I do reckon it might be Finlay, he doesn't really need the mic skills because he can get it done in the ring, he's one of those guys that's no talk all action. He should atleast hold it for some time
