PostSubject: How would you have used these 5 managers on WCW Nitro?   Tue Sep 15, 2009 12:38 am

Hey guys, I want to talk about some of the greatest managers in Professional Wrestling:

"The Mouth of the South" Jimmy Hart
The lovely Miss Elizabeth
"Woman" Nancy Daus
Debra McMichaels
Kimberly Page

Now, back in 1995-1996 these managers were used in WCW and during that time, it seemed like once it became a good idea, they decided it was time for a change

Now, Jimmy Hart who is a longtime close friends of Hulk Hogan became Hogan's Manager in WCW and he also took over WCW Saturday Night, but when Halloween Havoc '95 came, (storyline wise) Jimmy Hart decided to turn on Hogan and join the Dungeon of Doom and he also lead The Giant to the WCW World Heavyweight Championship when he def. Ric Flair in 1996.

Nancy Daus was a TRUE Vixen in Professional Wrestling

When she came to the Wrestling Scene as a valet, she managed in the NWA, WCW and the old ECW, but when she returned to WCW in January 1996 on Nitro, she started managing The Mega-Powers Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage which included having Savage taking the WCW World Heavyweight Championship away from Ric Flair, but suddenly, she turned on the Mega-Powers and joined up with the 4 Horsemen of Ric Flair, Arn Anderson and Chris Benoit.

Brian Pillman left after having issues with Kevin Sullivan

Miss Elizabeth cameback to the WCW in January 1996 @ the Clash of the Champions in Vegas and managed The Mega-Powers, but then she, too turned on The Mega-Powers and joined up with Ric Flair, but @ the end on 1996, she was held hostage by the nWo, but in 1997, she would soon rejoin Randy Savage in 1997 until she departed from the nWo Black and White and joined the Wolfpack along with Savage, Nash, STING, Luger and Konnan, but then, just 6 days before The Great American Bash, she would rejoin Hulk Hogan and the nWo Black and White.

Debra on the other hand (who was married to Mongo @ the time) came in to WCW in 1996 as just a fan, but then, she and Mongo turned on Kevin Greene and joined up with the 4 Horsemen and @ the end of 1996, she caused friction between Mongo and Jeff Jarrett.

Kimberly Page on the other hand had her ups and downs in WCW as well.

She was just a face valet during the time she managed her then-real life husband DDP (who was a heel @ the time as well) but suddenly when Page lost to "Johnny B. Badd" Marc Mero, she soon joined up as Johnny B. Badd's valet and was just the Party Girl, but then in February/March of 1996, when Johnny B. Badd lost the WCW World Television Championship to Lex Luger, Kimberly would soon managed Ed Leslie when he wrestled as the Booty Man, but then when Leslie was pulled off WCW Television, Kimberly would soon take a break from WCW for the remainder of 1996 and in 1997, cameback and not only managed DDP, but she would also become the brains of the Nitro Girls.

and so, I ask you all this:

How would you have used these managers and valets in WCW on Nitro during 1995, 1996 and 1997?

That's the Question!

Please share your thoughts on all of this, b/c the managers and valets have played in key in Professional Wrestling and they still do to this day (whether it's in the NWA, the Indies and TNA) but sadly these days, WWE doesn't want managers anymore which is a crying shame.

again, please share your thoughts on all of this.
